For instance: Steve purchased a premium for 1000 IZA token with a premium set for certain period of time. In the meantime, his asset in the registered exchange with Inzura platform is hacked and permanently lost and it is officially press released by the exchange regarding the hack, in which the premium covers the exchange that is hacked. In this case, if the lost crypto worth is $5000, Steve can submit the claim worth of $5000 with premium purchased of 1000 IZA token. The price of the IZA token is calculated with FAP. The Fixed Audited Price (FAP) of IZA will be $1 and the claim leverage will be 5 times the Fixed Audited Price value at the time of claimant.

FIXED AUDITED PRICE

Fixed Audited Price (FAP) is the most important factor that is to be considered in Inzura mechanism. Every 3-4 months, FAP will be audited in order to maintain the number of users that will be increasing. Since the total supply is very low and in order to stabilize the IZA price from pump and dump by the users, Fixed Audited Price (FAP) plays the major role in price stabilization. The premium claimant is based on the FAP price that is fixed. FAP allows the claimant leverage scalable and increases the asset value of their premium. Since Inzura is for the crypto users, every actions and protocol implemented is for the benefit of crypto users who use Inzura.

For example: Laura bought 10,000 IZA in ICO and plans to spend 5000 IZA for Inzura premium for asset protection and plans to trade the rest 5000 IZA in an exchange. In this case, Laura can sell 5000 IZA in an exchange for $1. If there is high demand for premium purchase, users may buy the token for $5. Since Fixed Audited Price (FAP) is fixed to $1 and the claimant is leveraged up to 5 times, the maximum price IZA can reach is $5 and there will be no use to purchase IZA token more than $5 until and unless the Fixed Audited Price (FAP) is audited and increased. Thus the value of the IZA token can be stabilized through FAP protocol.
