WHAT IS THE BLOCKCHAIN TIP PLATFORM?

Tip Blockchain is a Platform provides usernames on chain instead of cryptographic addresses, and enables on chain discovery, making it easy to find other people on the network. The Tip network connects users over peer to peer networks, and merchants with payment solutions, making it easier than ever to transact using cryptocurrency.
With Tip Blockchain, users and businesses can register usernames which can then be searched and discovered by other users. Platform Tip Blockchain will creating an ecosystem where end-users and merchants will be able to find each other and transact in a fast, easy and user-friendly ways, that have not previously been seen in crypto before. Tip Blockchain enables ease of use by discovery on the blockchain.
Once the Tip Blockchain is developed, the data stored off-chain will be migrated to the new blockchain. A snapshot of the state of the network will be used in the creation of the genesis block. The ERC20 TIP tokens will then be converted to the new network tokens at a one to one rate.
The first decentralized app built on the Tip Network is the Kasakasa wallet, which supports address aliases or usernames, and makes sending transactions as easy as sending an instant message. The second application, targeting businesses is the Tip point of sale system, which makes receiving cryptocurrency payments as easy as using other point-of-sale systems retailers are used to.
With these solutions in place and the solid foundation of on-chain discovery, Tip is poised to be at the helm of the cryptocurrency revolution.

TRANSACTION METADATA

Metadata allows you to store random user-selected data to specify. Saving metadata in block commands will support both private and public data. Public metadata will be saved as plain text on the network, thus, will be available to all network users. Personal data will be encrypted by the call object and stored on the network.
This data can be decrypted and viewed by the private key owner. Arbitrary data attached to transactions may be used for various purposes, including identification information, payment memos, confirmation of receipts and more.

SEARCH AND DETECTION

TIP is a platform that is fully indexed and searched. Users can find other users and new content on the network by searching data using client applications. Developers will be able to create decentralized apps (dapps) that store and have access to this information on the network. Dupps will be able to create their own custom fields and protocols to extend platform functionality.

INSTANT MESSAGING PEER-TO-PEER INSTANT

messaging will be a key feature of the application, because the main purpose of TIP is to encourage mass adoption from the end of the chain, and instant messaging provides a way to do this. Users will be able to send transactions directly from the messaging dialog or using a traditional wallet interface.
Users can also find other users or businesses with usernames (aliases) by searching the network and adding contacts from the phone’s address book. Various messaging formats will be supported, including:
text messages 2. messages with pictures 3. voicemails 4. animated GIFs 5. video calls. All messages will be exchanged via peer-to-peer connection without being redirected via a centralized server. Thus, communication with friends and family through peer-to-peer connections becomes safer.

MOBILE WALLET AND DESKTOP LIGHT

The easy wallet of the desktop computer ensures connection to the TIP network and begins to send transactions wherever you are.
The purpose of this tip is to provide a solution to start the process of adopting the mass market. Due to the fact that Ethereum does not provide elegant solutions for off-line or off-line data storage, the Ethereum TIP solution will be combined with a distributed off-chain database that will provide name registration, indexing and information.
After making a tip, the data chain stored outside the chain will be transferred to a new chain. Network status snapshot will be used when creating block of presence. The Token 20 shortcut TIP will be converted to a new network token at a rate of one to one.
TIP guide tokens provide tokens, called TIP markers. This token is its own currency in the network used to pay transactions, storage, and other services on the network. TIP is a service token for users.

After research into the usability of cryptocurrencies, the Tip Blockchain team conceived the idea of discovery on the blockchain and its many applications as the catalyst for mass user adoption. An idea was born!
FEB 2018 DEVELOPMENT OF TIP APP PROTOTYPE
The team began working on creating functional prototypes to prove the viability of our platform.
JUN 2018 TIP TOKEN DISTRIBUTION BEGINS
Tip will be holding a token sale as well as bounty programs to distribute our tokens to our community. The seed round will run for 15 days, followed by a 1-week presale, and 4-week crowdsale.
JUL 2018 WALLET AND MESSAGING APP PRIVATE BETA
Members of the Tip community can sign up to check out the platform. Users will be able to find people by username and send TIP via instant messages.
AUG 2018 WALLET AND MESSAGING APP PUBLIC BETA
We will open up beta testing so that more users can get a  hands-on experience of using our revolutionary crypto wallet and instant messaging app.

JAN 2019 CLOSED BETA OF POINT OF SALE SYSTEM
Development and consultation with our business partners culminates in opening up our platform to select businesses, so they can start using the Sika point of sale system to accept crypto payments.
APR 2019 TIP BLOCKCHAIN TESTNET LAUNCH
The messaging and point of sale applications switch over to using the Tip Blockchain testnet. Beta testing will be open to the public to try out our new 3rd gen blockchain.
AUG 2019 RELEASE OF SIKA POINT OF SALE SYSTEM
Merchants all over the world will be able to easily integrate Tip crypto payments into their existing payment flow.
FEB 2020 LAUNCH OF TIP NETWORK MAIN NET
The discovery enabled Tip Network chain goes live. Sika and Kasakasa will be ported over to using the Tip main net and data migrated to IPFS. ERC20 tokens will be swapped for main net tokens at a 1-to-1 rate.
