Dench Music is a full-service music production company that produces music and music videos, recruits and manages musical talent, and provides a full suite of music production and music distribution services for the domestic and international markets.

Dench Music is also a talent scout and management company that recruits and develops new talent. In addition to direct music revenues Dench Music retains between 15% and 25% percent of all revenue from artists under management. We work with international A-list stars and are always seeking to recruit and develop new talent.

DENCH MUSIC ICO

Fund the Songs

With our ICO, the general public is able to fund the creation of songs and music videos by their favourite artists. The ICO will fund approximately 40-50 songs when the Hard Cap is reached. Our Soft Cap will cover the expenses of the first song and music video

Profit Sharing

Dench Music’s ICO is innovative and fully legally compliant. Investors will receive returns of up to a 30% profit share (directly proportional to the amount of ETH invested) through an Investment Agreement. Profit sharing will be distributed quarterly over a period of 6 years.

Free MIC Tokens

Participants also receive free “MIC” tokens that can be exchanged on our Blockchain driven Dench Music Retail Platform for benefits and opportunities offered exclusively to token holders

THE BLOCKCHAIN FUELED DENCH MUSIC RETAIL PLATFORM

Investors will be able to use their tokens to obtain unique experiences including, but not limited to; invitations to celebrity launch parties, VIP events, set visits at video production shoots, meet and greets with stars, event tickets, wardrobe auctions and much more.

As Dench Music continues to evolve, our selection of unique services and experiences will expand. Our future aspirations include using MIC Tokens as an exchange tool for concert tickets, premiere VIP concert seating, uploading content to the platform (where our producers can review and possibly even offer a deal). There are no limits; anything is possible with MIC Tokens.

MIC TOKENS

MIC tokens are ERC20 tokens which you will receive for free with your profit sharing. For every 1 ETH invested into Dench Music you will obtain 2500 MIC tokens (as the base quantity), plus the relevant bonuses. Tokens will be transferable 15 days after the end of the ICO or 15 days after the Hard Cap is reached.

INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

Dench Music will distribute up to 30% in profit sharing quarterly between now and December 2023 to the total number of its investors, in accordance with their investments pro-rata to the total percentage of the Hard Cap reached. i.e. If 100% of the Hard Cap is reached, then 100% of the 30% profit sharing will be paid. However, if only 80% of the Hard Cap is reached, then 24% of the profits will be distributed among the investors. The Investment Agreement containing the profit sharing rights are fully transferable.

Revenue from platforms like YouTube, Spotify, Vimeo, iTunes and any other national and international channels.

Booking and Performance Revenue

We actively promote our talented artists and book them for the venue that compliments their creativity including performances all over the world, big club events, concerts, festivals, world tours and more.

Performing Rights Organizations

All songs are registered with PRO’s worldwide and shareable revenue is paid to Dench Music every time the song or video is played or performed publicly worldwide.

Dench Music Platform Revenue

We host events, launch parties, VIP parties, special meet and greets, and even lifestyle opportunities like star auctions, wardrobe and video prop sales, attendance at a video shoot, backstage passes, video cameo appearances, and more.
